Finesse Homes Pty Ltd is a Canberra based, family owned and operated building company, offering a variety of building services since 2001. We pride ourselves on our high standard of work and focus on communications with our clients. We operate in both Canberra and surrounding areas. We are fully licensed and members of HIA.

Our Team

Eric Katic – Director

Eric Katic is the Builder/Director for Finesse Homes Pty Ltd and has worked in the building industry since 1988, as an apprentice with his dad on a diverse range of projects in the Canberra region. Eric is the first person you meet when you choose to build with us and he will be on site at every job up to completion. He has a hands on approach and aptitude to problem solving and he is driven to achieve what others find difficult.

Martin Lansdown – Builder’s Leading Hand & Carpenter

Martin joined the business in 2003 as an apprentice and has obtained his qualifications and building licence in the ACT. He is easy going, respectful and a quiet achiever who gets the job done.

Angela Perisic – Project & Business Manager

Angela keeps the business ticking and currently undertaking studies in Certificate IV Building and Construction. Her past experience stems back to the financial industry, and today she runs the operations and management of the business.

We have now had a three year association with the team at Finesse Homes.

We started off with the simple task of repairing a leaking verandah, and eventually progressed to an almost complete home renovation, involving the addition of an atrium, family al fresco dining area, an outdoor kitchen, a complete flooring overhaul, replacing with ceramic
tiles, a kitchen makeover, new colour bond roof, and having the house exterior completely rendered. We have also had some landscaping work done by Eric & Marty.
